About Epic 2025

Experience the best mountain biking in the Midwest at the Brown County Epic Mountain Bike Festival, September 26-28, 2025. Located in Brown County, Indiana the 2025 Mountain Bike Festival and Epic Ride will offer tons of flowing single track during prime Autumn riding season. The Epic Ride with SAG support will take place on Saturday, September 27. Routes of 25 - 61 miles will be available for all participants.

This is not a race, just a ride in the woods with friends!

  • The trails at Brown County State Park exist because of the work of our many volunteers and Brown County Mountain Biking. This event supports those efforts and more.

  • Vendors and demos will be back in 2025!

  • The Epic Ride routes will be posted on Trailforks. The complete routes will not be marked in the woods. Please download the GPS routes, print maps, and use the Trailforks app.

  • The Long Route will include Trail D, Nebo, and Combs which are in Hoosier National Forest. Your entrance fee will allow you to ride in Hoosier National Forest but you must carry a Hoosier National Forest Trail Pass, which will be provided by BCMB.

  • T-shirts will be guaranteed for those who register before 11:59PM, August 31. Register early to guarantee your t-shirt and save money before price increases!

  • Special event Tent camping will be available by the pool Friday and Saturday and must be purchased via BikeReg.

  • We'll have food trucks on site throughout the weekend.

Registration to the Epic Mountain Bike Festival includes

  • Unlimited good vibes for giving back to the local trail system!

  • Recommended routes on Trailforks.

  • Food, drinks, and basic bike assistance at all aid stations.
